HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE: Our first concern is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, return it  within 21 days of invoice date in new condition for an exchange or refund. Enclose your original receipt with your returned item(s) so proper identification can be made. No returns or adjustments after 21 days. If you need to exchange the item(s), shipping charges will be added to the reshipment. REFUND CHECKS are subject to clearance of customer's original check.  Refunds on charge card orders will be credited to the charge card account. Items returned will be refunded for full purchase price less shipping and handling charges.
